We use GAF products when we are completing a shingle roof installation. The reason we use GAF is due to their outstanding products and warranties. GAF’s warranty gets better if the roofing system is installed with other GAF products. Currently GAF offers the following warranty when installed with at least 3 qualifying accessories:

· 25-year algae protection

· 15-year wind warranty with no windspeed limitation

· 10-year smart choice manufacturer’s defect warranty
