At the time of your new install, we will begin by removing the old roofing system including old shingles, underlayment, wet or damaged decking, and any other pieces that require replacement. These materials will be placed into our dump trailers and removed as needed.

We then replace any decking or other pieces necessary before placing high quality synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield where needed. Next, we begin strategically installing your chosen roofing system to the manufacturer’s specifications and paint any accessories to match. Once completed we will walk off everything with you to confirm your satisfaction.
